The outstanding balance of your fees is payable on or before the first lecture of your course. Alternatively, you can complete an Employer’s Agreement to Sponsor Form, which must be signed and returned on or before the commencement of the course. Under no circumstances will course fees be refunded after the course has commenced. City Colleges reserves the right to change course schedules, with reasonable notice, and to postpone or cancel a course. In the event of cancellation, the College will refund all fees paid. In the event that an agreed 3rd party payee does not pay the course in its entirety due to the fault of the student, the student will be liable for the full amount outstanding to the College. Before submitting this Enrolment Form, students are reminded to ensure that they have clearly understood all the terms of their enrolment with City Colleges, in particular clauses concerning refunds, deferments, waivers, course transfers and visa applications (when applicable). Deferrals for Compelling Personal Reasons will be allowed at no charge and must be evidenced. Deferrals for Academic Reasons will be permitted until the last week of the course (not including revision), and 25% of course fee will be payable on next course.
