These terms and conditions govern your use of the site. Please read them carefully before booking any course.
By booking a course you agree to accept without modification the Terms and Conditions below. By using the site, you are deemed to consent to and accept these terms and conditions.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the site. Your continued use of the site constitutes your agreement to such terms and conditions.
Your Status
In order to book a course, you must be at least 18 years old and you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Availability of Courses
Any booking for courses placed through this site is made subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline to supply any individual or company, or to refuse any booking for a course.
Payment
Payment can be made online using one of the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, VISA Debit and Laser.
Course fees must be paid in full at time of booking. Under no circumstances will course fees be refunded after the course has commenced (See Refund Policy).
Should a student commence a programme/course and subsequently withdraw or defer from the programme/course at any stage from the programme/course, full fees remain due at that point. Where a student has a payment plan in place with the College, this payment plan must be adhered to and fees remain due in accordance with the payment plan agreed.
Where a student account is in arrears, access to certain College facilities e.g. access to Moodle, access to Computers, access to Library facilities, will be suspended. Other sanctions that may be imposed by the College, including but not limited to removal from class, non-correction of assignments and denial of access to examinations.
Deferrals/Cancellations:
The Student may (unless studying on a student visa) no later than two weeks prior to the commencement of the Programme cancel his or her acceptance by providing City Colleges with written notice. If the Student so cancels their study, the Student’s liability to City Colleges will be limited to payment to City Colleges of a cancellation fee of €100 which may be deducted from any applicable refund. Any refund made by City Colleges will be made to the original payer. Full course fees will be payable if less than two weeks’ notice is given, and no refund will be made in such circumstances. Refunds are not available of any amounts paid for study materials, where the materials have been supplied to the Student.
The Student may (unless studying on a student visa) defer enrolment in the Programme for one academic year, provided City Colleges receives written notice at least two weeks prior to the Programme commencement date (the “Date of Deferment”) and the Student pays a €50 administrative fee at the discretion of the college. The fees or any deposit paid by the Student will not be refunded but will be carried forward to the following academic year. Should the City Colleges fees change between the Date of Deferment and the date of commencement of the following academic year the Student will be liable to the City Colleges for any additional amount due and must pay it before the commencement of such academic year. Where an applicant has deferred their place on a programme and subsequently does not start the programme on a following intake the fees are not refundable or transferable and will be held in credit to be used by the applicant.
Force Majeure
City Colleges shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is beyond the reasonable control of City Colleges, materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement, and could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against (examples of force majeure under this agreement include, but are not limited to acts of God, pandemic, terrorist attack, governmental order, strikes, and lack of supplies), but will not be excused for failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects.
Disclaimer
City Colleges reserves the right to change course schedules, with reasonable notice, and to postpone or cancel a course. In the event of cancellation, the College will refund all fees paid. In the event that an agreed 3rd party payee does not pay for the course in its entirety, the student will be liable for the full amount outstanding to the College.
Please note that City Colleges reserves the right to transfer the delivery of in-person programmes online or via blended learning on health and safety grounds.
