Managers, Technicians and Engineers spend a good portion of their working day characterising problems, compiling reports, making improvements, and working through teams (people).

The topics that are covered in this Module will support these processes by providing insights, frameworks and tools that can be applied in a working environment.

The module will further equip the learner with a deeper understanding of their own learning style and skills capability, identifying gaps and suggesting opportunities to close these.

The module also supports the knowledge capture and sharing process as well as knowledge conversion techniques needed to enable a Learning Organisation.

It further shows how Critical Thinking Techniques can be applied to support strong Analytical Problem Solving methodology in the  Science, Engineering,  Finance and Service sectors.
