This course is aimed at anyone working in a management role either in the private or public sectors who would like to learn more and enhance their skills regarding resiliency in a rapidly changing environment.
10 weeks, 1 evening per week from 6.30 to 9.30pm.
The program involves learning about resiliency from a personal perspective as well as from the organisational and team perspective. This entails learning a variety of techniques to develop self-awareness as well as how to stress-proof your team/company/family in uncertain times.
Managers, teachers/educators and those in leadership positions in the public or private sectors would benefit from this course. This course would also be suitable for those who would like to improve their own family dynamic and ability to withstand outside pressures.
Students must attend at least 80% of classes to graduate with either the Diploma or Certificate of Attendance unless a serious and verifiable reason for further absence is provided.
If completing the course online, attendance and participation is tracked through Moodle.
A pass grade on the written assignment will be required for awarding of the Diploma.
The course is assessed by way of continuous assessment (100%).
