Our facilities provide our students with a quiet haven for
uninterrupted study in the heart of the city centre.
Library
Core and recommended texts are provided on a three, seven or fourteen day loan basis, while a limited number of texts are placed on desk reserve.
Computer Lab
The College is equipped with 26 student PCs, a wired network, free student wifi, and printing and scanning facilities. Our classrooms are web-enabled, allowing the live streaming of all classes on the web.
Parking
City Colleges has negotiated a special evening rate with Park Rite on Drury Street. The evening rate is €2 from 4.30pm until closing. Students can get their tickets stamped at the Reception on the ground floor.
Classrooms
City Colleges has a number of boardroom, seminar and classroom style meeting rooms for 8-50 people. There is a selection of 5 meeting rooms, seating up to 15 people, and 3 rooms which accommodate 25-30. A large digital room suitable for up to 50 people is also available.
All our classrooms have webinar facilities, and are fitted with audiovisual equipment, suitable for press conferences, presentations and lectures to small and large audiences. Additional equipment is available on request. Canteen facilities, including complimentary water, tea & coffee, are available.
Online Resources
City Colleges uses the online vitrual learning environment Moodle along with Adobe Connect and other cutting edge e-learning tools to allow you participate in the classroom, even when you are viewing classes online.
